I am 24 and have a BA degree. I already know about JET in Japan and I’ve looked into the programs in China and Taiwan. I am hoping someone can give me some direction or comparison between those choices. If there is anyone who has taught in one or more of these countries who can recommend one over the other? I would also like to begin teaching within the next six months, so if you know of a program that doesn’t have the wait time of JET and some of the other government run programs that would be great to know as well. Any other tips, advice or warnings would be greatly appreciated.
