Where are arms dealers or black markets normally found in Manila (which areas specifically)? This questions is out of curiosity so I can get to know the city Im living in (Manila) a bit better. Im from New Zealand. Is there one in Taguig?

    ask a BIR agent. He will most likely get you one for about 50,000php. Just make sure you got the 50,000php in your pocket, cuz if he says no, you will need at least part of it to brib him. HaHa, funny, but true.
