I think the previous answerer doesn’t have a clue of the distance between our two countries, as our countries are closer than many other import/export markets.
However, back to your question. Examples of goods traded:
    Canada to Norway:
    - Timber
    - Mining extracts
    - Poultry
    - Sea food
Did you know that the Canadian Company Questerre Enery is registered in the Norwegian Oslo Stock Exchange? QE extracts shale gas and oil sand – as the energy prices will rise in the future QE will earn a LOT of money exporting all over the world.
    Norway to Canada:
    - Petroleum destillates
    - Sea Food
    - Vessels and mechanical equipment, especially offshore related

Hard one. What do you produce in Canada? Maple syrup?
I do not actually think we import much from you because it is such a long way to transport the products.
